Justin Hayden

Justin Hayden has been the Facilities Manager for Redeemer Lutheran since June 2023. However, he’s been a member since he was in the third grade! Prior to this, he was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, whose property is now part of Redeemer. Before accepting his position at RLC, he spent six years working for Rochester Public Schools as a maintenance supervisor. He’s lived in Rochester his whole life, graduating from Mayo High School in 2004. He’s married to his wife, Katie, and together they have four wonderful kids. Justin’s favorite part of his job is the people. He is passionate about serving and makes an effort to check in and get involved with different groups at Redeemer!
